Sara Charmsaz is a senior scientist on Sonoma Bio’s Translational Development team. Previously, she was a breast cancer biomarker discovery researcher. Before that, she served as a senior scientist in SFI-Pfizer research program where she led the research and development of a novel therapeutic target for metastatic breast cancer.
Sara obtained her B.S. and M.S. in biotechnology with academic excellence from Griffith University, followed by her Ph.D. fromUniversity of Queensland in Australia. She worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Queensland Institute of Medical Research (QIMR) before moving to Dublin, Ireland and joining Endocrine Oncology Research Group in Royal College of Surgeons(RCSI).
